Edna and Shelby were the children of John William Reeves and Rebecca Walker. Edna Marie Reeves was born Jan. 9, 1894 near Bartonville, Peoria Co., Illinois and died Aug. 9, 1972 in Clarinda, Page Co., Iowa. She married George Owen Wiley Oct. 17, 1942 in Nodaway Co., Missouri. Shelby Raymond Reeves was born May 18, 1898, near Middleton, Wayne Co., Illinois and died Feb. 12, 1963 in Red Oak, Montgomery Co., Iowa. He married Gertrude Statton Dec. 31, 1953 at Cedar Rapids, Linn Co., Iowa.
