She married Homer Vance Avey April 21, 1909 at Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa. He was born May 25, 1881, son of James Allen Avey and Mary Jane Thompson, and died Mar. 18, 1960 near Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa.
