Frances Monger, daughter of Adam G. Monger and Sidney Johnson, was born May 3, 1833 in Warren Co., Ohio and died Dec. 1899 in Conway, Taylor Co., Iowa. She married 1) John Keenan Sept. 11, 1851 and 2) Jehiel Gregory Watkins Aug. 22, 1857 in McDonough Co., Illinois.
