Alice Elizabeth Rutledge, daughter of William Edward Rutledge and Louisa Ann Biggs, was born Dec. 21, 1863 (her obituary gives the date as 1862) in Perry Co., Ohio and died Feb. 20, 1951 near Sharpsburg, Taylor Co., Iowa.
