Clifford Roy Rosebraugh, son of Robert Rosebraugh and Elizabeth Popham, was born Feb. 1, 1892 in Charleston, Coles Co., Illinois and died Jan. 11, 1967 at Maloy, Ringgold Co., Iowa. He married Ruth Jane Cooper Jan. 4, 1916 at Conway, Taylor Co., Iowa.
