Mary Elizabeth Wright, daughter of Simeon Wright and Martha Ellen Lindsay, was born June 16, 1857 in Knoxville, Knox Co., Illinois and died June 11, 1931 in Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa. Her obituary gives her birth date as June 16, 1855. She married William Martin Roberts Oct. 26, 1871 in Taylor Co., Iowa.
