Patrick Henry Pierce, son of Robert Pierce, was born May 18, 1835 near Denmark, Lewis Co., New York and died Mar. 6, 1913 in Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa. He married Jane Hobbs Nov. 26, 1864 in Knox Co., Illinois.
