Pearl Burgher, son of Charles W. Burger and Minnie Goldenstead, was born Oct. 4, 1899 in Bloomfield, West Grove Twp., Davis Co., Iowa and died Mar. 16, 1981 in Mount Ayr, Ringgold Co., Iowa. He married Mary Maude McCarty Jan. 17, 1916 at Forsythe, Rosebud Co., Montana. She was born Aug. 3, 1897 in Ringgold Co., Iowa, daughter of William R. McCarty and Prudence Clewell, and died Sept. 9, 1995 in Mount Ayr, Ringgold Co., Iowa.
