Alexander Cooper Brice, Sr., son of Washington Cooper Brice and Priscilla Mary Hill Snodgrass, was born July 1, 1844 in Montgomery Co., Ohio and died Dec. 17, 1925 in Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa. He married 1) Elizabeth Berry in 1866 and 2) Phoebe Arabella Kenyon in 1883.
