Ozella Celestine Stark, daughter of Jacob Stark and Barbara Hedrick, was born Aug. 11, 1872 in Winchester, Randolph Co., Indiana and died Jan. 31, 1941 in Pleasantville, Marion Co., Iowa. She married Jesse Frederick Bartles Dec. 24, 1893 at Anita, Cass Co., Iowa (her obituary gives the marriage place as Cumberland, Cass Co., Iowa).
