Cordice Mae Mason, daughter of John Mason and Ruth Stewart, was born Sept. 6, 1897 at Maloy, Ringgold Co., Iowa (her obituary gives the birth date as 1898) and died Sept. 11, 1974 in Fairfax, Atchison Co., Missouri. She married George Linford Nixon June 22, 1915 at Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa. He was born Mar. 15, 1895 in Taylor Co., Iowa, son of George William Nixon and Ruth Hemmersbach, and died Jan. 23, 1962 in Leon, Decatur Co., Iowa.
