Porter Carr Miller, son of John U. Miller and Elizabeth Cain, was born in Dec. 1870 in Taylor Co., Iowa and died Dec. 11, 1954 in DeWitt, Clinton Co., Iowa. He married Grace Dugan Mar. 12, 1896 in Taylor Co., Iowa. She was born Oct. 31, 1875 near Toulon, Stark Co., Illinois, daughter of George Dugan and Mary Happilona Parish, and died July 7, 1950 in Conway, Taylor Co., Iowa.
