James Oliver Eppers, son of Nicholas Eppers and Cora Anderson, was born Jan. 23, 1916 at Conway, Taylor Co., Iowa and died Jan. 7, 1976 in Omaha, Douglas Co., Nebraska. He married Ruby Irene McMullen July 29, 1940 at St. Joseph, Buchanan Co., Missouri. She was born Sept. 6, 1911 at Maryville, Nodaway Co., Missouri, daughter of Joseph McMullen and Jessie Middleton, and died Dec. 4, 1983 in Corning, Adams Co., Iowa.
