Paul L. Cooper, son of John R. Cooper and Fannie Young, was born July 29, 1896 in Clearfield, Taylor Co., Iowa and died in Dec. 1980 in Storm Lake, Buena Vista Co., Iowa. He married Blanche M. Dawson Nov. 11, 1924 in Los Angeles, Los Angeles Co., California.
