Margaret Carnahan, daughter of Henry H. Carnahan and Matilda Berninger, was born Aug. 14, 1851 in Malugin Cove, Lee Co., Illinois (family headstone and her obituary give the date as 1861) and died June 21, 1935 near Clearfield, Taylor Co., Iowa. She married Albert James Cooper Feb. 22, 1882 at West Brooklyn, Lee Co., Illinois. See separate entry under his name for a photo of the family headstone.
