Clifford Dallas Powell, son of Robert Massie Powell and Elizabeth Jane Chiles, was born Aug. 7, 1877 near Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa and died Feb. 1, 1967 in Omaha, Douglas Co., Nebraska. He married Hanna Louise Ahrens June 13, 1920 at Council Bluffs, Pottawatomie Co., Iowa. She was born Dec. 24, 1880 (her obituary gives the date as 1881) near Cumberland, Cass Co., Iowa, daughter of Ulrich Christian Ahrens and Adelia Amanda Johnson, and died Oct. 25, 1967 in Omaha, Douglas Co., Nebraska.
