Albert James Cooper or James Albert, son of William Cooper and Hannah Picker, was born Sept. 10, 1859 in Illinois and died Oct. 11, 1906 northeast of Conway, Taylor Co., Iowa. He married Margaret Carnahan Feb. 22,1882 at West Brooklyn, Lee Co., Illinois. She was born Aug. 14, 1861 in Malugin Grove, Lee Co., Illinois and died June 21, 1935 near Clearfield, Taylor Co., Iowa.
