Eva Carr Lake, daughter of James Austin Carr and Martha Ellen Rogers Silvers, was born in Mar. 1874 near Leon, Decatur Co., Iowa and died Sept. 6, 1959 in Clarinda, Page Co., Iowa. She married Walter Howard Lake Aug. 20, 1906 at Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa.
