Owen born Nov. 30, 1869, son of Thomas M. & Catherine (Hodge) Truitt, also buried in Agency Cemetery. Ella born Jan. 8, 1881, dau. of James H. & Mary J. (Clark) Richards. Mary J. buried with Owen & Ellen.

Owen & Ellen were killed on July 13, 1929, in an auto/bus accident near Peoria, Ill., while he was serving as a pastor in Roseville.

There is also a copper marker for Owen behind this gravestone with the inscription:
