According to WPA, VA, and cemetery records on the genweb, Mr. Skinner died 15 Nov 1864. His widow got a pension in 1875 and a minor child some time later. Would there be a photo of the old original stone anywhere? I have not found an Isaiah Skinner who died on the 1918 date on this new stone.
