Cyrus Montgomery Curry, son of John M. Curry and Sarah Casteel, was born June 4, 1845 near Greenfield, Hancock Co., Illinois and died Nov. 12, 1918 in St. Joseph, Buchanan Co., Missouri (Missouri Death Certificate gives the death date as Nov. 13, 1918), He married Susan Catherine Rommel Feb. 26, 1880 at Wataga, Knox Co., Illinois.
