Jane Cobb was born Oct. 26, 1815 in Owen Co., Kentucky, daughter of Thomas Cobb and Priscilla Smith, and died Feb. 12, 1883 5 miles west of Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa of pneumonia. She married 1) Frederick Kysar, Jr., Aug. 22, 1831 in Jennings Co., Indiana and 2) Stephen Patch Feb. 28, 1858 in Taylor Co., Iowa.
