Joseph Jones Foreman, son of Solomon Foreman and Rachel Golding, was born June 13, 1839 in Shelby Co., Indiana, and died April 24, 1903 at Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa. He married Nancy Cobb Jan. 23, 1862 in Taylor Co., Iowa. She was born Feb. 12, 1841 in Parke Co., Indiana, daughter of Thomas Cobb and Elizabeth Ann Lambert, and died Feb. 23, 1927 at Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa.
