Milo Albert Dugan was born Sept. 5, 1855 in Stark Co., Illinois, son of Elisha Dugan and Mary Jones, and died Oct. 25, 1935, west of Gravity, Taylor Co., Iowa. He married Mary Elizabeth Masters April 14, 1881 near Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa. She was born Aug. 1859 in Peoria Co., Illinois, daughter of Thomas Burley Masters and Elizabeth Borland, and died July 10, 1934 at Gravity, Taylor Co., Iowa.
