Mary Jane Cobb, daughter of Thomas Cobb and Elizabeth Ann Lambert, was born Oct. 13, 1836 in Parke Co., Indiana and died Feb. 17, 1888 at Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa. Her death notice gives the date as Feb. 16th. She married Marcus Wight Nov. 6, 1859 in Taylor Co., Iowa. Death notice available Taylor County, Iowa gen web site.
