Only the base remains in place. The broken gravestone (shown here) was found laying on the ground next to Martha J. Harris' stone (which is adjacent to the right).

Stone is very worn and only the given name can still be read. Per a recording done by Mrs. Dorothy Henriksen for the Cass County Genealogical Society many years ago, the inscription recorded:
