Ida Thompson, daughter of Thomas Jefferson Thompson and Nancy Kitterman, was born Nov. 19, 1863 in Highland Center, Wapello Co., Iowa and died Sept. 20, 1950. She married 1) William Scott Dec. 5, 1883 in Wapello Co., Iowa and 2) Lewis Edmund Morley Feb. 3, 1935. William Scott was born Aug. 3, 1863 near Fremont, Mahaska Co., Iowa, son of Andrew Zane Scott and Margaret Jane Kendall, and died Feb. 3, 1933 in Gravity, Taylor Co., Iowa.
