Eliza Jane Hamer, daughter of John Hamer and Mary Ann Tattersall, was born Aug. 27, 1844 in Kenosha, Kenosha Co., Wisconsin and died July 19, 1939. She married Jeremiah Kelly Palmer April 16, 1866 at Oshkosh, Winnebago Co., Wisconsin.
