Rose was my GM and second wife of George A. Wosoba. I remember her in 1949 playing "war" with her. War was simply dividing the deck and turning over a card, one of a time, and highest card wins. !!! Occasionally, just to demonstrate that all in life is not easy, she had a tendency to , well should I say cheat, she would restack the cards in her favor!!! Taught me a lot in later life!!!Cont

cont. Rose was the Matriarch of the Wosoba family until her daughter , Dorth, took over. She was loved dearly by her 5 children and of course her grand child me!!!My mother always talked about her great meals she put together for the family in the home later occupied by the McCreights in Oxford Junction. She immigrated from a small town on the Czech border.
