Samuel Elliott Neville, son of James Neville and Margaret Duncan, was born July 10,1856 in Dauphin Co., Pennsylvania and died Dec. 3, 1923 in Clarinda, Page Co., Iowa. He married Clara Etta Dutton Dec. 21, 1892 in Taylor Co., Iowa.
