Robert Manley Hayes, son of Isaiah Hayes and Mary Mount, was born Nov. 11, 1859 in Clay Co., Illinois and died May 5, 1938 in Sharpsburg, Taylor Co., Iowa. He married Dora Belle Dragoo Aug. 19, 1888 in Fremont Co., Iowa.
