Gladys Pauline Hayes, daughter of John Jefferson Hayes and Anna Sarah Turner, was born May 8, 1911 in Creston, Union Co., Iowa and died May 19, 1997 in Corning, Adams Co., Iowa. She married Harlan Lovitt Grimm Feb. 23, 1932 at Rock Port, Atchison Co., Missouri. He was born Aug. 10, 1908 at Sharpsburg, Taylor Co., Iowa, son of Lloyd William Grimm and Flo Elizabeth Lovitt, and died Sept. 14, 1981 in Lenox, Taylor Co., Iowa.
