Beulah Mable Baxter, daughter of Charles Webster Baxter and Mary Frances Shellabarger, was born May 11, 1890 near Muscatine, Muscatine Co., Iowa and died Sept. 21, 1982 in Maryville, Nodaway Co., Missouri. She married Hawley Newton Newton Mahaffey Feb. 26, 1908 in Taylor Co., Iowa. He was born May 5, 1887 near Gravity, Taylor Co., Iowa, son of Franklin Coats Mahaffey and Minnie Millhone, and died Dec. 25, 1969 in Maryville, Nodaway Co., Missouri.
