Mary Joan Swanson was born October 7, 1929 in Burlington, Des Moines County, Iowa and died September 2, 2014 at Blair House in Burlington. Her parents are Herbert Gustaf and Esther Maria Caroline Dahlin Swanson. She had a twin, James, who died at birth. She was a nurse. She was also very active at West Hill Methodist Church.
Mary married Dale Anliker on December 26, 1951 in Burlington, Iowa. They had four children.
Mary and Dale are buried in the north side of section 6.
