The inscription describes a a comment often made by Danny. He was a great at starting a conversation and often would explain that his long discussion with somebody was because "he wouldn't stop listening".

He was a wonderful and caring brother to me and my sister Margaret. He was a devoted son to his parents, Ralph and Florence. He was a wonderful uncle to his nieces and nephew.
