Levi Decatur McKune, son of Samuel McKune and Elizabeth Harris, was born in Feb. 1850 in Washington Co., Iowa and died July 14, 1927 in Gravity, Taylor Co., Iowa. He married Mary Frances Sample Nov. 28, 1881 at Washington, Washington Co., Iowa.
