Effie Williams, daughter of Socrates Williams and Eleanor Graham Poore, was born May 30, 1867 in Ringgold Co., Iowa and died Mar. 10, 1872 in Blockton, Taylor Co., Iowa. She also has an inscription on her parents' headstone as well as this separate headstone.
