Martha Lucinda Gorin, daughter of Sanford Pell Gorin and Martha Jane Ann Gaunt, was born Feb. 21, 1839 in Vandalia, Fayette Co., Illinois and died Dec. 25, 1909 in Ulysses, Butler Co., Nebraska. She married Miles Blythe McCorkle May 4, 1862 in Tazewell Co., Illinois.
