Walter Harland Johnston, son of Henry Pearl Johnston and Cina Jane Dickerson, was born Feb. 5, 1904 near Hopkins, Nodaway Co., Missouri and died July 9, 1961 in Albany, Gentry Co., Missouri. He married Irma Grace Freeman May 28, 1923 at Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa.
