Henry Pearl Johnston, son of James Thomas Johnston and Anna Long, was born Sept. 23, 1872 in Taylor Co., Iowa and died June 3, 1921 near Gaynor, Nodaway Co., Missouri. He married Cina Jane Dickerson Feb. 9, 1898 at Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa.
