Dona Fay Phelps, daughter of William Sylvester Phelps and Louisa Adeline Campbell, was born Feb. 7, 1875 near Lynnville, Jasper Co., Iowa and died Mar. 20, 1908 in Pueblo, Pueblo Co., Colorado. She married Tully Leonard Fox Feb. 11, 1903 at Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa. Her obituary was printed in the Bedford Free Press, Mar. 26, 1908 so the death date on the headstone appears to be an error.
