Cecil Leon Blane, son of Paul Blane and Ida Barbara Gasser, was born Jan. 10, 1908 east of Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa and died May 22, 1943 near Colorado Springs, El Paso Co., Colorado. He married Arlene Ernest Dec. 25, 1933.
