Joann Myrtle Waugh, daughter of Carl Albert Waugh and Myrtle Faye James, was born Feb. 27, 1935 in Worth Co., Missouri and died July 19, 2014 in Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa. She married Clyde Allen Spencer April 2, 1954. He was born Feb. 3, 1934 south of Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa, son of John Howard Spencer and Helen Elizabeth Smith, and died Aug. 18, 2008 in Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa.
