Frances Kathryn Bullock, daughter of David A. Bullock and Mattie Mae Bowman, was born Sept. 28, 1907 in Ray Co., Missouri and died Aug. 7, 2005 in Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa. She married Raymond Kenneth Stephens Nov. 21, 1929 in Kansas City, Jackson Co., Missouri. He was born June 11, 1907 in Putnam Co., Illinois and died Jan. 18, 2002 in Omaha, Douglas Co., Nebraska.
