Note: Parents of Phyllis Nadine Kline were Jacob Woodson "Wood" Kline and Nellie Hannah Hellyer. An Audubon County Journal obituary for her sister, Lois, states that Nadine died April 21, 1917. I could not find an obituary for Phyllis Nadine Kline in the April 1921 Audubon County Journals and she is not listed in the 1920 census for the Wood Kline family - KA
