William David Tucker, son of William Vigas Tucker and Agnes Mary Box, was born Feb. 2, 1922 in Osceola, St. Clair Co. Missouri and died Dec. 7, 1941 at Pearl Harbor, Honolulu Co., Hawaii. This is a memorial plaque only. He is buried at Honolulu, Hawaii.
