Mary Ellen Paxton, daughter of Fredrick Schuyler Paxton and Azalia Graves, was born Mar. 13, 1918 in Shelby Co., Iowa and died May 1, 1993 in Arlington, Kingsbury Co., South Dakota. She married Leland May Sept. 1941 in Des Moines, Polk Co., Iowa. He was born June 9, 1919 in Bedford, Taylor Co., Iowa, son of Harry Edson May and Alice Chamberlin, and died Nov. 20, 2003 in Sioux Falls, Minnehaha Co., South Dakota.
