Frances Belle Harvey, daughter of Ambrose Milton Harvey and Cora Burton, was born Mar. 20, 1902 at Blockton, Taylor Co., Iowa and died June 11, 1987 in St. Joseph, Buchanan Co., Missouri. She married Francis Earl Smith Feb. 26, 1922 in Taylor Co., Iowa.
