James M. Mathew, son of James Waldo Lemon and Irma Mathew, was born Oct. 8, 1928 in Kansas City, Wyandotte Co., Kansas and died Sept. 17, 1993. He was later adopted by his grandparents, Harry Edson Mathew and Ethel Gant.
