Kathryn Gertrude Young, daughter of Clifford H. Young and Elta Olive Boydston, was born Dec. 25, 1915 in Abingdon, Knox Co., Illinois and died July 6, 1998 in Corning, Adams Co., Iowa. She married Donald Dennis Smith Jan. 25, 1944 in St. Joseph, Buchanan Co., Missouri.
